Please be aware that the colors displayed on our site may vary slightly from the actual colors due to the resolution/saturation of images when viewed on a computer screen. As a result, any specialty items such as paints or stains that are tinted or mixed are not acceptable as returns or cancelled items once the order is placed.
ThePaintSupplier.com accepts returns for new and unopened items up 30 days after the date of purchase only if the customer has contacted our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the items are eligible for return within this timeframe. Customer service will then issue a RGA Returned Goods Authorization that must be placed in the box with the unwanted items.
ThePaintSupplier.com is not held accountable for the price of return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee may be charged to the purchaser’s card upon return receipt of the items. If your order was damaged during the shipment process, contact our customer service department directly and we will be glad to reissue your product once the damaged item has been returned. Returns may take up to 4 weeks to process due to the waiting periods for receiving the returned items, time for us to process the return, and the time it takes for your bank/credit card company to credit you back.
